This Privacy Policy describes how the Attock Dealer mobile application (“we,” “our,” or “the App”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our application.
- Information We Do NOT Collect Directly
We do not provide user registration within the App. Your account is created and managed by Attock Petroleum Ltd. You cannot register a new account through this App. We do not collect personal details like your name, email, or phone number directly for account creation. - Information We Access and Use
To provide the App’s functionality, we require access to certain information:
Account Verification & Login: The App uses biometric/fingerprint data stored on your device for login purposes. We request permission to access your device’s biometric authentication system only for verification. We do not store your fingerprint or biometric data on our servers.
Password Recovery: If you forget your password, you can reset it via email or mobile number through Attock Petroleum Ltd.’s system. The App facilitates this process but does not store your email or mobile number independently.
Customer & Order Data: Once logged into your dealer account, the App displays business-related information pertaining to your associated fuel/lubricant customers, including:
Customer codes, addresses, credit limits, credit days, balances.
Product pricing (delivered, undelivered, advance, on credit).
Order details, order status, dispatch details, TL numbers, and remarks.
Documents you choose to attach to orders.
Device Information: We may collect anonymous data related to App crashes and performance to improve user experience. - How We Use Your Information
The accessed information is used strictly for:
Authentication: Verifying your identity via biometrics to log you into your company-provided account.
Core App Functionality: Displaying customer balances, price checking, creating and tracking orders, submitting feedback, and managing your dealer activities.
Communication: Facilitating password reset links/codes sent by Attock Petroleum Ltd. to your registered email/mobile.
Improvement: Analyzing anonymized usage data to fix bugs and enhance App performance. - Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal or business data.
Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances:
With Attock Petroleum Ltd: All business data (orders, customer info, documents) is synced with and stored on Attock Petroleum Ltd.’s secure servers, governed by their corporate policies.
Service Providers: We may employ third-party services (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics) that process minimal, necessary data under strict confidentiality agreements.
Legal Compliance: If required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and Attock Petroleum Ltd. - Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information and the business data accessed through the App. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. - Your Choices & Permissions
Biometric Permission: You can enable or disable biometric login via your device settings or the App’s permissions. Disabling it will require alternative login methods.
Account Management: For changes to your master account details (email, mobile), contact your Attock Petroleum Ltd. administrator. - Data Retention
Your business data (orders, transactions) is retained as per the data retention policy of Attock Petroleum Ltd. The App itself does not independently store this data long-term on your device. - Changes to This Policy
